WASHINGTON — A new working group made up of federal lawmakers and the heads of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency has been formed, Ag secretary Tom Vilsack said the working group met Tuesday to begin discussing the impact of EPA rules on American farmers. The working group will be useful in reviewing the impact of new EPA rules on agriculture, he said.
