RICHMOND — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office is investigating an accident in Richmond Saturday afternoon in which a 24-year-old Richmond woman was pulling out of her driveway into a alley in the 500 block of Bungalow Avenue when her car was hit by a four-wheeler. The four-wheeler took off. Officers were looking for a 15-year-old Richmond girl.
