OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners agreed to allow two Relay for Life cancer fundraisers. The CUREibbean 5K run-walk will be April 16 and include the Prairie Spirit Trail and Kanza Park. A battle of the bands concert will be April 23 at the Ottawa Municipal Auditorium.
