OTTAWA — The Ottawa University soccer teams kick off this morning’s Spring Ffling activities with a soccer clinic beginning at 9 at Peoples Bank Field, or depending on the weather, at the Mabee Center. Grades K-2 start at 9, grades 3-5 at 10, and grades 6-8 at 11. The Great Scott Dickinson will perform a magic show at the Church of the Nazarene, Seventh and Elm, at 10:15. An open gym period will be 10:30 to 5 at the Don Woodward Center. A free lunch with chili dogs will be served at the Church of the Nazarene from 11 to 1. At 1, after the free lunch at the church, there’s a free family movie at the Church of the Nazarene. The ever popular at American Eagle craft activities will be at American Eagle 1 – 3. Park at Lincoln School and take the shuttle bus to American Eagle. Disc golf will begin at 2 at Kanza Park. The Ottawa Olympics will at the OU Mabee Center from 3 to 5 for grades k-5. Skating at The Rink will be tonight from 6 to 9 for children up to 10 years old. Admission for the skating is one dollar.
