OTTAWA — At the recent, candidates forum, Ottawa city commission candidates say they have no problem with granting tax abatements to draw new business and industries to town. The candidates for the three open seats are Sara Caylor, Rocky Fleer, Helen Hood, Blake Jorgensen, Randy Lee Mitchell, Jeff Richards and John Wise. Because Sara Humm didn’t run for re-election, there will be at least one new commissioner.
