OTTAWA — Two teens caught Tuesday burglarizing a parked vehicle near 15th and Elm were also caught with prescription drugs. Ottawa police said James Allred III, 16, DeSoto, and Caleb Bledsoe, 16, Shawnee, were booked for unlawfully possession prescription drugs and burglary of a motor vehicle in connection with the incident.
