OTTAWA — Starting around March 30, a Kansas Department of Transportation survey team will work near K-68 and Nebraska Road east of Ottawa. Survey workers will gather information about the roadway that’s necessary for a proposed pavement rehabilitation. The survey is expected to take four weeks. If it were approved, the rehabilitation project would cost $2.1 million. A member of the survey crew will contact land owners or tenants for permission to enter any property.
