OTTAWA — Franklin County will offer dust control for rural residents living along county gravel roads. Commissioners agreed Wednesday to continue the program this summer. The county will hire a company to spray a chemical on roads in front of those who sign up and who agree to pay all of the costs of applying the chemical, said county public works director Jim Haag. The minimum is 300 feet at $430. Sign up with the public works department by April 22.
