OTTAWA — At least emergency personnel got practice. Two non-injury accidents occurred at the same place within an hour of each other Monday morning at a time when roads and bridges were slippery. Ottawa police said Melissa Brandon, 43, Ottawa, swerved to miss another vehicle and hit the bridge in the 2500 block of East K-68 at 7:40. Then an hour later in the same place, a 15-year-old driver struck a vehicle driven by Billie Stowell, 41, Williamsburg.
