OSAWATOMIE–Taking out the trash will be different for Osawatomie residents. The city council members last week decided to go for curbside recycling through L&K Services, INC. The anticipated program was supposed to start in January 2012 but city manager Bret Glendening said the program could start as early as October 1st of this year. The curbside recycling service excludes glass and yard waste.
