HILLSDALE LAKE — A 53-year-old Paola motorcyclist was killed and his passenger was injured when he ran into a farm tractor Sunday afternoon east of Hillsdale Lake. The Miami County Sheriff’s Department said Mitchell Ketzner was going north on his Harley Davidson in the 25800 block of Old KC Road behind a farm tractor. The sheriff’s department said the tractor was turning left into a driveway as Ketzner tried to pass to the left. His passenger, Lisa Ketzner of Paola was taken to Overland Park Medical Center. The tractor driver wasn’t injured. The accident remains under investigation.
