TAWA — Franklin County has a burn ban for today. The combination of high winds, low humidity and warm temperatures cause a fire hazard for today. The National Weather Service has issued a red-flag warning for the entire KOFO listening area that takes affect at noon and lasts until 7 p.m. this evening.
