GARNETT — Family physician Mackenzie Peterson was recently named employee of the quarter at Anderson County Hospital. She sees patients of all ages from newborn to elderly, with illnesses ranging from the common cold to chronic conditions such as high blood pressure or respiratory disease at Anderson County Hospital’s Family Care Center in Garnett. The hospital said a nomination form described Peterson as a caring and compassionate physician who works well with all staff.
