OTTAWA — Turnout for today’s election is expected to be light. County Clerk Shari Perry says that despite the number of races for area school boards, spring elections don’t normally bring out voters. Polls are open until tonight at 7. Other than the Ottawa City Commission, there are few municipal contests. Most area school boards, however, have several contested races.
