OTTAWA — The man charged with putting a camera in a girls locker room at Ottawa High School will be in court this morning. Marshall Dean Silvey will be asked to declare his innocence or guilt to a charge of eavesdropping at his arraignment this morning in Franklin County District Court. He was a janitor at the high school when the incident occurred.
