The April 5th election has left one question dangling over the city of Wellsville. One of the candidates elected to the city council may not even legally live there. Franklin County Clerk Shari Perry says the issue may end up being a legal matter.

Perry says the Wellsville City Council meets next week, and It’s up to the other council members as to whether they want to swear in Mcafee, or wait until the matter is resolved.
