GARNETT — The Garnett Friends of the Library will host an open house Tuesday from 10 to 6 at the library as part of National Library Week. That includes a cookie and a chance to sign up for special prize drawings. The Friends of the Library book sale begins this weekend with Friends-only book sale preview starting Friday night at 7. The book sale begins Saturday morning at 10. The library is looking for more book donations through Wednesday.
