OTTAWA — Although students have moved into the new Neosho County Community College campus in Ottawa, college president Dr. Brian Inbody said there’s more work to be done. On the day after the spring semester ends, the Kansas Department of Transportation will build turning lanes on K-68 in front of the campus, he said. That will disrupt traffic but should be done before the fall semester begins, he said. A plaza and landscaping must also be completed, he said.
