LAWRENCE–A two-vehicle accident sent one to the hospital. Yesterday Yuxing Leng, 22, Lawrence, was traveling southbound on US Highway 59, 10 miles south of Lawrence. Lesley D. Yarrington, 45, of Butler was traveling eastbound on US 56, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Leng in a side collision. Leng had two passengers with her, Weizhen Wu and Yulie Yen both of Lawrence. Only Yang was sent to Lawrence Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. The accident occurred around 1:45 yesterday.
