OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission will do things a bit differently today. Instead of the usual morning meeting, the commissioners will meet tonight at 7 at city hall. The night meeting is to allow the swearing in of new commissioners Jeff Richards and Sara Caylor, and returning commissioner Blake Jorgensen. A reception honoring the new commissioners and outgoing commissioners Rocky Fleer and Sara Humm will follow. Gene Ramsey is expected to be elected mayor tonight and Jorgensen mayor pro-tem.
