BALDWIN–When Spring arrives, most people think of cleaning the home and yard. That may have a bite to it in Baldwin. Tiny Rakes, Baldwin City Director of Codes and Zoning, says inspectors are driving around town looking for such things as abandoned vehicles, junk in the yard, and tall weeds in the yard. Property owners found in violation receive a letter informing them they’re in violation of the city code.
