OTTAWA–It was time for the annual reorganization of the Ottawa City Commission last night. Mayor Linda Reed handed the gavel to a man who has been there before….Gene Ramsey. Departing commissioners Sara Humm and Rocky Fleer were honored for their service. New Commissioner Sara Caylor was sworn in for a 4 year term and Jeff Richards was sworn in for a 2 year term. Incumbent Blake Jorgensen was sworn in for another 4 year term.
