OTTAWA — Mike Norman had it all. He was a successful family man with successful children. He was a successful small business owner. He was a successful city commissioner. He was a successful community leader and volunteer firefighter.
He was even a successful go-kart racer. Then one afternoon at Lake Garnett, it all came crashing down. In a few seconds his life had changed in ways he would have never imagined.
