OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital showed a profit in its operating revenues for the first three months of the year. Hospital finance director Dean Ohmart said the hospital’s expansion of outpatient services is paying off so far. Revenues went from a minus $200,000 during the first three months of 2010 to $180,000 in the black, he said.
