OTTAWA–As the new Ottawa City Mayor Gene Ramsey said that the city has had its tough times this year. But he said that they are working on new projects such as sidewalks. Ramsey is replacing Linda Reed as Mayor. He was sworn in at Wednesday’s Ottawa City Commission Meeting.
