RICHMOND — Volunteer firefighters battled a fire in Richmond early this morning. According to preliminary reports, an air ambulance was dispatched to the scene and there was a report of at least one fatality. One Richmond resident told KOFO that the fire killed three children. Authorities had no immediate comment.
