RICHMOND — One adult and three children are confirmed dead after a fire in Richmond early Monday morning. A woman and another child escaped the fire, which was reported shortly after 1:30 a.m., and were hospitalized, Sheriff Jeff Curry said. The Richmond City Fire Department, Ohio Township Fire Department, L.O.H. Fire Department, Franklin County Ambulance Service, and Anderson County firefighters were on scene, he said. The cause of the fire has not been determined, Curry said.
