OTTAWA — A 42-year-old Florida man got a visit to the Franklin County Jail Sunday morning for not paying child support in Franklin County. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office says Joseph Hewett, Jr., Castleberry, Fla., was taken in on a Franklin County court order. Bond was set at more than $14,000, cash only.
