OTTAWA — Ottawa city commissioners are expected to annex a sliver of property along the river levee at 120 N. Willow. Because the owners requested the annexation, commissioners won’t need to have a public hearing when they vote on the annexation next Wednesday, city manager Richard Nienstedt said.
