GARNETT — Three men soon will be in Anderson County District Court on charges they tried to grow marijuana last summer in a secluded area at Cedar Valley Reservoir. Jonathan Ryne Jackson, Johnny Lee Jackson and Jeffery Jackson will be arraigned May 9 on a variety of drug-related charges. The Anderson County Review reported that the trio are accused of using a jon boat to get to a location along the lake bank and putting in about 20 pot plants.
