OTTAWA — Parts of Davis Road and K-68 will be closed at and around the intersection on Friday. City public works director Andy Haney said flaggers will be on both roads because an engineering firm will do soil boring. K-68 could have one lane closed at one point and Davis Road could be one-lane as tests proceed, he said. The tests are part of engineering work by the Kansas Department of Transportation to work up possible improvements at the intersection.
