OTTAWA — Beginning Wednesday, city crews will start preparing Parking Lot B for repairs. The lot is northeast of Second and Walnut. The city asks if it’s possible, that motorists park in the lot on the south side of the Ottawa Antique Mall. Killough Construction will start re-paving Parking Lot B next week.
