WILLIAMSBURG — Eighteen-year-old Christopher Brown, Williamsburg, told Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies he was injured when another Williamsburg man smashed a beer bottle over his head late Monday night in the 300 block of North Center in Williamsburg. The sheriff’s office said he identified the other man as Tanner Vansickle. Deputies said Vansickle fled on foot and they haven’t caught up with him.
