OSAGE CITY — A Vassar man involved in an eight-hour standoff at his home two months ago has pleaded no contest to two felony offenses. Denver Miller will be sentenced May 24 in Osage County District Court. After a family member fled Miller’s house Feb. 23, he held off Osage County law officers at gunpoint until he surrendered.
