OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission gave the OK to a Princeton man who wants to demolish an old house at 604 S. Locust in the city’s historic district. The house is unsafe and needs to be taken down, and no one is interested in buying it, said Terry Falls, the owner of the house. The cost of repairing the house isn’t feasible, he said. He plans to start demolition as quickly as possible.
