KANSAS CITY — Could Farm Aid be coming to Kansas City? The Kansas Farmers Union, Gov. Sam Brownback and key Kansas City officials say they will make a major announcement concerning Farm Aid Wednesday. For the last 15 years, Farm Aid has held annual concerts to raise more than $39 million for family farms and to urge farm-farm-centered agriculture in America. Performers have included Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews.
