OLATHE — Three people were injured in two separate motorcycle accidents in Johnson County Tuesday. In one accident, the Kansas Highway Patrol said that Kristen Fuller, 18, Kansas City, was riding her 2007 Kawasaki on I-35 at a high rate of speed when she lost control and laid the bike over just north of I-635 in Mission. She was taken to KU Medical Center. She was wearing a helmet. In the other, Justin Braun, 17, Topeka, was riding a 1984 Honda motorcycle east on K-10 when he exited onto I-435 in Lenexa. When a semi passed the motorcycle, Braun lost control of it and went into the left ditch, troopers said. He and a passenger, Melissa Warner, 18, Auburn, were taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. They were also wearing helmets.
