BALDWIN CITY — Downed power lines U.S. 56 between Baldwin City and the Johnson County line late Wednesday night. Kansas Department of Transportation’s Kimberly Qualls said all lanes of U.S. 56 were closed at 9 p.m. The highway has reopened.
