OSAWATOMIE — Ce-Ce may not be a robo-kitty but the Osawatomie cat still lives despite being shot four times with a pellet gun, including once in the brain. Osawatomie police are investigating the case and say that Ce-Ce has been released from the hospital and is in good condition. Kansas City TV Channel 5 reported Ce-Ce was found shot on her owner’s porch. Veterinarians decided to leave the pellets inside the cat’s body, because removing them would do more harm. A neighbor told police his cat was also shot by a pellet gun recently and another neighbor said that a pellet gun may have broken a window at their house.
