OTTAWA — Among the storm damage in Franklin County this weekend – the jangled nerves of the Ottawan unlucky to be caught in the elevator in the Cedar Square Apartments Saturday night when the storm hit. When power went out, the person was trapped in the elevator. Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner said firefighters staged a rescue without a problem.
