CARBONDALE — A 43-year-old Osage City woman was taken to Stormont-Vail Medical Center in Topeka following a one-vehicle accident south of Topeka Monday afternoon. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Stephanie Haworth was driving south on U.S. 75 when her car ran off the highway, went down an embankment and hit a tree.
