OTTAWA — A 24-year-old Ottawa woman told police she was battered by a 21-year-old Ottawa man early Thursday morning. She told police the man was holding a one-year-old boy during the incident. The Franklin County jail log indicates that Bridger Raby was booked for suspicion of domestic battery and endangerment of a child.
