OTTAWA — Ottawa police received reports Sunday from three women who reported vandals slashed the tires on their parked vehicles or otherwise damaged them. Ottawa police said the vandalism occurred in the 1600 block of Osage Drive, 900 block of Fairview Drive and 1000 block of South Hickory.
