OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa will have a ribbon-cutting this afternoon at 4 at the brick shelter at Forest Park to celebrate the installation of two new climbing structures to replace older jungle gyms. The structures were financed by a grant. The city’s Casey Sharp said she will also outline future projects.
