SPRING HILL — Ryan Weber, 18, Spring Hill, has something more to celebrate besides his high school graduation last weekend. He also won a $10,000 top prize playing a $2 Kansas 150 instant scratch ticket. “Since it was graduation weekend, I attended several open houses,” Weber said. “After I left the last open house, I stopped at a convenience store and bought $10 worth of different tickets…The most I’ve won before now was $20.” After he found out he had a winning ticket, he worried that he would lose it and hecked it about every ten minutes to make sure he had it. Weber, who will attend K-State University this fall, plans to put his winnings toward school and possibly at trip to Disney World.
