OTTAWA — Sentencing for the man who put a videocamera in an Ottawa High School girls’ locker room in February has been postponed to June 27. Earlier, Marshall Silvey, Jr., had pleaded guilty to attempted eavesdropping. His attorney Sue Devoe said Silvey can’t afford to pay for the court-ordered sexual offender evaluation prior to sentencing.
