OSAWATOMIE — A 42-year-old Osawatomie man was struck and killed by a train in Osawatomie shortly before midnight Tuesday night. The Osawatomie police said that Charles Light was pronounced dead at Seventh and Main, where the accident occurred. The accident remains under investigation this morning, police said.
