OTTAWA — Word to the wise, nasty teenagers. If you’re going to vandalize something, make sure you can run away before you get caught. One 17-year-old Ottawa teen didn’t need that. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Brett Freenfield punched the ceiling in his juvenile detention cell and damaged a tile. It didn’t take long for deputies to investigate and book him for an extended stay.
