OTTAWA — American Eagle Outfitters Foundation recently contributed $3,750 to Ottawa Recreation Commission’s community scholarship program. The program is used to provide reduced fees to youth and adults who might not otherwise be able to take part, ORC’s executive director Therron Dieckmann said. The program serves more than 130 local families each year, he said. The donation will fund about one third of the community scholarship, he said.
