OTTAWA — Ottawa police say a 53-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was booked into the Franklin County jail after he was accused of ftrying to solicit a child in the 700 block of Walnut Saturday night. Estee Galloway also evidently didn’t tell officers about his stash. He was also booked for trying to bring contraband into a correctional facility.
